How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

Once we have completed your quote on your vehicle they will be able to give you an estimation of how long it will take to repair your vehicle. Also on occasion, we may need your vehicle for longer than initially anticipated if we discover additional damage once the vehicle is disassembled or there are difficulties obtaining parts for your vehicle.

How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?

In order to be able to tell you how much the repairs to your vehicle will cost. Bring the car along to our workshop and we will provide you with a quote.

Will my vehicle ever be the same again?

Yes. Alpine Crash Repairs uses best practice methods, the latest technology and invests heavily in training its staff to ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. In addition Alpine Crash Repairs implements a range of quality control checks throughout the repair process to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

How do I pay for the repairs?

A down payment may be required for private work, if this is the case you will be advised when booking your vehicle in for repairs. Alpine Crash Repairs accepts all eftpos and credit cards except American Express and Diners Club and we do not accept personal cheques. Full payment is to be made prior to the vehicle being released.

Who do I pay my excess to?

Your excess will need to be paid to Alpine Crash Repairs when you collect the vehicle. A vehicle cannot be released until this money has been paid. Alpine Crash Repairs accepts all eftpos and credit cards except American Express and Diners Club and we do not accept personal cheques.
